Verizon Customers Experience Service Problem

Verizon said it has fixed a problem that was affecting service for customers in Colorado Springs.

Company officials said that there was a audio card in the Verizon system that was affecting customers ability to hear their calls.

Thirty percent of all calls in city were affected, according to Verizon. In the affected cases, only one person was able to hear the audio on the call, a Verizon spokesman said.
