Springs Father Arrested In Connection With Baby’s Serious Injuries

A Colorado Springs father is arrested after his baby boy is taken to the hospital, officials said.

Colorado Springs police said they were called to the hospital to investigate around 6:40 p.m. Saturday.

Police said the 2-month-old boy was being treated for a skull fracture, possible chest trauma, and bruising on his face and head.

Investigators said the boy’s father Daniel Kim, 22, was responsible for the injuries.

He was arrested on suspicion of child abuse causing serious bodily injury.
