Police Investigate Personal Robbery In The Springs

Colorado Springs police are looking for three people in connection to an armed robbery Thursday morning,

Police said four men were sitting in a car in a parking lot on East Platte Avenue near North Circle when an SUV parked beside them.

Two of the men in the SUV got out of the car, one with a handgun and the other with a shotgun, police said.

The men demanded money but the four men in the car didn’t give in easily, said police. Three of the men ran away from the scene and the fourth man was able to drive off and call police.

Nobody was injured.

Police are looking for a 50 year old white man with grey hair. He’s about 5’8 to 6′ tall with a medium built.

The second suspect is described as a white man in in 30’s. He has a bald head and is a bout 6′ tall.

The third suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his early 20’s.
