Police: Parolee Arrested After Drug Bust

A parolee is behind bars again Saturday morning after a drug bust.

Colorado Springs police said they arrested Samuel Perry at the Current Factory on East Woodmen Road. Officers said he was violating his parole, and they found he had nearly$3,000, more than five grams of crack cocaine and more than two grams of Spice. He also had a loaded handgun.

Police arrested him on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute, and possession of a weapon by previous offenders. He may face federal charges as well.
