Liquor License Suspended For Springs Liquor Store

Police suspended the liquor license for a Colorado Springs liquor store last week.

Empire liquors on the 3300 block of N. Academy will not have a license for 70 days. The store will then be held in abeyance for 110 days. The total agreed upon suspension is for 180 days.

Empire liquors is not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages during the suspension.
