Charges have been dismissed against an Air Force Academy cadet who faced charges connected to a rape of a woman in 2011.
Cadet 1st Class Kyle A. Cressy, Class of 2012, had an Article 32 hearing on Jan. 30th. The Academy announced on Friday that all charges preferred against him were dismissed.
