City Budget Director On Administrative Leave Retires

Lisa Bigelow, Budget Director for the City of Colorado Springs, has retired from her position.

Bigelow has been with the City for seventeen years. “Lisa’s contributions and expertise stand on their own merit and will be missed,” said Chief of Staff Laura Neumann.

Bigelow will receive a six-month severance package as consideration for her seventeen plus years with the City of Colorado Springs. Bigelow’s retirement is official March 2, 2012

City Council was informed that Bigelow was placed on leave on Feb. 10th.
