UPDATE: Power Restored In Manitou Springs

Power has been restored to customers in Manitou Springs after an outage that affected 136 customers.

Colorado Springs Utilities and Manitou Springs Fire Department responded to a downed power line in the 100 block of Beckers Lane. Our KRDO crew on scene says the line was hanging and sparking. A tree or limb hit the line, causing the outage.

Power was restored in about one hour.
