Pueblo Woman Guilty Of First Degree Murder

A Pueblo County jury has found Acacia Lyndarr, 33 years old, guilty of all counts in the murder of Robert Piserchio who was 50 years old.

She participated in a robbery at Piserchio’s Pueblo West home in December of 2009.

Piserchio’s body was discovered in his home. Authorities say he was beaten and stabbed and his body was also set on fire.

Lyndarr faces an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole for her conviction on first degree murder.

Lyndarr was also found guilty of first-degree burglary, first-degree arson, aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Two other people are also facing trial in Piserchio’s death. They are Aaron Wilkerson, 27, and Brandon Armijo, 29.

A third man, Matthew Barnes, 33, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder of Piserchio. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
