Jury Begins Deliberations In Murder Trial

One of the women accused of killing Robert Pisherchio is awaiting a jury decision.

Acacia Lyndarr, 33 is facing first degree murder charges in the death of 50 year-old Robert Piserchio.

Piserchio, the owner of a popular denture lab in Pueblo, was found beaten and burned inside his Pueblo County home December 9th, 2009.

Piserchio was beaten, stabbed and set on fire after being bound with duct tape. Investigators were able to connect Lyndarr to the murder through a forged check.

Three other people have been linked to the murder. Brandon Armijo and Aaron Wilkerson will go on to trial in a few weeks.

Matthew Barnes, 32, has already pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
