Suspicious Package Closes Manitou Avenue

Manitou Springs police responded to the 800 block of Manitou Avenue to inspect a suspicious package.

Officials said the road was blocked off while officers investigate, but it was reopened Saturday afternoon. Officials did not know what the package was, but they said the bomb squad was called in to investigate.
