Date: February 14, 2012Location: Colorado Springs, CO.Position: Photographer/Editor NewsChannel 13, in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, located on the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies, is looking for a Photographer/Editor for the News Department.Job Description: We are looking for a Photographer/Editor who thinks outside the box on the most routine stories. Creativity and a drive to win are keys in this position. You will be asked to shoot off the shoulder as well as on a tripod. You will also act as a reporter when one is not assigned to gather the information. You need to show a flair for editing stories on non-linear editing equipment. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the care and maintenance of cameras and cars. A positive attitude is a must as we don?t have time for whiners. Position will also have to edit shows on assigned day working with producers for those shows.

Requirements: Experience and training in news videography, editing and news. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast paced team environment, be able to carry 50 lbs., and have a good driving record and a valid Colorado drivers license.
