UPDATE: Power Restored After Outage In Springs
Colorado Springs Utilities says power has been restored to the west side after an outage that affected about 4,000 customers.
The power outage initially affected customers from Hwy 24 on the south, Garden of the Gods on the north and as far east as 28th Street.
No cause has been determined yet.
