1 Person Arrested For Firing Gun

Colorado Springs says one person is in jail for shooting a gun and stealing a cell phone early Saturday morning.

It all started shortly after 1:30 a.m. at the Old School Tavern on Galley Road.

A woman told police her ex-husband, identified as Isreal Jimenez-Roldan, pointed a gun at her and the guy she was with.

She also told police Roldan forced her cell phone from her before shooting the gun into the air.

Police soon caught up with Roldan and arrested him.

He is facing several charges.
