UPDATE: Power Restored To Springs Customers
Power has been restored to all Springs customers affected by an outage early Wednesday morning.
About 1800 customers were without power for about an hour.
Colorado Springs Utilities says the boundaries of the outage were Academy Blvd, Platte, Wooten and Constitution.
Utilities says the cause of the outage was the failure of an underground cable.
