New Arrest In Security/Widefield Burglaries

Deputies have nabbed a fourth suspect after a recent string of robberies in the Security/Widefield area.

20-year-old Mason Simmons was taken into custody Thursday.

He and three other accomplices are accused of robbing at least two homes in Security/Widefield,

The alleged thieves are thought to have taken more than $20,000 worth of jewelry, electronics, and firearms.

Investigators have been looking for Simmons for a week-and-a-half.
