Man Armed With Gun Robs Liquor Store

Colorado Springs police are searching for an armed robber.

Police tell KRDO Newschannel 13 that just after 10 p.m. Monday a white man armed with a black handgun went into JW Liquors in the 300 block of South Hancock Avenue demanding money. Officers aren’t saying how much money he took. He fled in an unknown direction.

The clerk told officers that the man is 6’1″ with a slight build. He was wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.
