House Fire Near 30th And King

Colorado Springs Fire Department is responding to a house fire at Pioneer and King. Firefighters report the fire is under control and out as of 10:00 a.m.

The fire started around 9:30 a.m. Crews report the fire was in the crawl space and extended into the wall. The fire started outside of the home in a mulch pile. CSFD says it appears to be accidental and no one was displaced. Damages are estimated at $1,000.

Roads are closed at Pioneer and King.
