Position description:
This position will work out of our Colorado Springs office and supervise 9 full-time and one part-time position. Core duties required of the position will be to provide daily oversight of operators and the master control functions for all NPG stations. Responsibilities extend to hiring staff for NPG master control facilities in the operations center and edge facilities. Duties require this position to work with Traffic, Sales and programming staves to assure recording schedules, logs, as run reports as well as other information are executed and provided as necessary. The supervisor will work with the engineering team to assure that quality signals are maintained. This position reports to the Director of Technical Operations for NPG Broadcast Division.
Position Requirements:
Two years of prior experience in television master control operations and two years of staff supervision is preferred. Must be able to maintain operating budgets as established.
