All Lanes Back Open After Crash on Hwy. 115

Northbound Highway 115 near Gate 5 of Fort Carson is back open after two crashes.

One lane was blocked while cars were getting towed.

The lane re-opened around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.

El Paso County deputies say one person was taken to the hospital.
