Sexually Violent Predator Living In Pueblo

In accordance with Colorado law, the Pueblo Police Department is telling the community about a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) who is now living in the city of Pueblo.

41-year-old Peyton Duran has been released from the Colorado Department of Corrections and is currently registered at 906 East 2nd Street. Duran is on Intensive Supervised Parole.

Duran is a white male, 5’10”, 185 lbs with a shaved head and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left hand, abdomen, back, and right leg.

He is currently unemployed and does not have a car.

His current case conviction is for sexual assault. His prior criminal convictions include: Armed Robbery, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, DUI, Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree Sexual Assault, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Escape, 1st Degree Criminal Trespass, Theft of a Credit Card, Possession of Burglar Tools, Forgery, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Cocaine, Assault, Eluding a Police Officer, Robbery, Possession of Stolen Property, and Theft.

There are approximately 14,761 sex offenders registered in Colorado and approximately 444 currently registered within the city of Pueblo.
