Man Threatened With Knife; Police Arrest Suspect
A man is behind bars this morning after police say he threatened someone with a knife.
Officers say they were called to the Bijou Manor Apartments in the 1900 block of East Bijou just after 6 p.m. Monday.
The victim told police a Hispanic male threatened him with a knife in the hallway then took off on foot. Police sealed off the area as K9 units searched for the man, but they didn’t find him.
During a follow-up investigation police found Joseph Day, 41, hiding in an apartment on the third floor. Day faces felony menacing charges.
