Several Break-ins at T-Mobile Stores in Colorado Springs

Several break-ins occured at T-mobile stores across the north end of Colorado Springs Monday morning. Police say that multiple calls came in at about 8am.

Colorado Springs police have confirmed that a thief attempted to break into a vault at least one store, but cell phones and tablet computers were taken from display cases at several. Police say that they have video of a break-in at the T-mobile retail store at North Nevada Avenue and Eagle Rock Road. They see that a suspect was wearing a “hoodie” and are working on a better description, police said.

Meanwhile, police are also investigating break-ins at T-mobile locations on North Powers Boulevard and Austin Bluffs Parkway. KRDO Newschannel 13’s Anders Nelson says that all three break-ins seem to have a similar pattern. Police say they are checking into the possibility that all three burglaries are connected.

There was a fourth alarm at a T-mobile store on North Academy, but police tell us that was a false alarm.
