Man Robbed At Springs Denny’s

Colorado Springs police say a man was robbed at gunpoint in the Denny’s on North Academy.

According to police, a 28-year-old man was in the bathroom when two men entered and attempted to rob the man.

The man told police the would be robbers hit him several times in the face with a hand gun.

Police say the men didn’t end up taking anything from the man but he was injured, even losing a tooth.

Police are looking for two men in connection to this crime.

Police say they are looking for a dark skinned black male ab out 5’7, 160 pounds and in his 20’s. The second suspect it described as a light skinned black male, also in his 20’s, with a medium build.

Police tell us the men also left without paying their bill at Denny’s.

Police believe the men may be in a dark green or black Denali Avalanche truck.
