Slippery I-25 Offramp Contributes To Truck Rollover

A utility truck exiting southbound Interstate 25 at Tejon Street in Colorado Springs rolled over Friday morning.

No one was hurt in the accident but the crash drew attention to the slippery conditions on the off ramp.

Colorado Springs Police closed down the ramp for a few minutes until a snow plow could drive down the ramp and put down some sand.

Drivers are being asked to pay attention because while the main road may be in good shape there are reports that on and off ramps remain slick.
