On October 27, 2011, The Fountain Police Department learned of a theft that occurred during a period of at least a year at Advantage Logistics, located at 500 Charter Oak Ranch Rd in Fountain.

Advantage Logistics distributes merchandise for King Soopers throughout the region.

Investigators discovered that about $500,000 worth of products had been discovered missing and possibly stolen by the suspects over a one year period.

Fountain Police, in cooperation with King Soopers Loss Prevention Department and Organized Retail Crime Investigator, discovered that several items worth over $200,000 were stolen from the warehouse and sold on eBay.

Nine search warrants have been executed with the assistance of the Pueblo Police Department and Colorado Springs Metro Vice, Narcotics and Intelligence Division.

Three Pueblo men have been arrested so far: 37-year-old Robert Manzanares, 31-year-old Nicholas Rodriguez, and 31-year-old Joseph Martinez.
