Power Restored in Springs

Around 116 customers were without power in the Springs Wednesday morning after a car hit a transformer. The power was restored shortly after 7:30 a.m.

The crash happened around 5:45 Wednesday morning at Collegiate and Rockhurst, near Union and Academy.

Police say there was no other property damage from the accident, and there were no injuries.
