Burglaries On Country Club Drive
Police are searching for a man who burglarized two homes in the 2800 block of Country Club Drive.
According to Colorado Springs Police, the suspect broke into the first house through a back door. No one was home.
He then went across the street and broke in the second house through a back window.
Police said an elderly woman was home at the time and surprised the suspect. He pushed her down, stole a laptop and ran out of the house.
The woman was not hurt, just startled, said police.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 20s, 5’9″, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and long gray jacket.
