Man Arrested After Waving Gun At 7-11
A man is behind bars after police say he waved a gun around in the parking lot of the 7-11 on East Fountain Boulevard just before 1 a.m. Sunday.
Witnesses gave officers a license place number, and police went to the home at which the vehicle was registered. When they arrived at the home they found Jaimin Muse, who matched the suspect description.
Police say they noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, and spotted a shotgun in the back of the truck along with an AR-15. Muse is a convicted felon, and police arrested him on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
