2 Arrested After Footchase
Two men are behind bars this morning after leading police on a short footchase.
Officers say they spotted a stolen vehicle near the intersection of University Drive and Tulane Street just after midnight Sunday. They jumped out of the vehicle and police set up a perimeter and caught both suspects. Police arrested Richard Luna, the driver of teh vehicle. They are not release the name of the second suspect.
