UPDATE: S. Nevada Back Open After Crash

South Nevada is back open after an early morning crash.

Police say it happened around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

Officers say a car was going southbound on Nevada when it went over the median and hit a light pole.

They say the car continued into the northbound lane and was hit by a semi.

The 26-year-old driver was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Police say he will be charged with a DUI.

The driver of the semi was not hurt.
