Memorial Health Proposals Available For Public Review
Proposals from five organizations responding to the Memorial Health System Task Force request for proposal (RFP) to lease and operate Memorial Health System are available for public review.
The proposals have been placed on the Memorial Health System Task Force Web page at www.springsgov.com/memorial. Hard copies of the proposals will be available for review at the City Clerk’s office and the Penrose Public Library (downtown) Special Collections section beginning Friday.
Task Force members will meet Friday with each organization that has submitted proposals. The bidders will present their bids and the Task Force will have an opportunity to ask questions.
A separate e-Town Hall meeting is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 1 – 7 p.m. in the City Hall City Council Chambers. This e-Town Hall will provide the bidders the opportunity to publicly present their proposals. Citizens will have an opportunity to ask questions about the different proposals. This meeting will be broadcast on Springs TV (Cablevision Channel 18) and streamed live on springsgov.com.
