Man Wanted For Almost Killing Girlfriend
Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for a man charged with Attempted First Degree Murder after he strangled his girlfriend.
Police say that 44-year-old Charlmane Spence was assaulted by her live-in boyfriend, 33-year-old John Kerbs on Wednesday.
Kerbs allegedly grabbed Spence and punched and kicked her to the ground. He attempted to smother her and then strangled her. He stopped strangling her once she defecated.
Spence was taken to a local hospital.
Kerbs is still at large and is wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder.
