Bar Fight Leads To Shooting

A bar fight led to a shooting in Colorado Springs Sunday night.

The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. at the Irish House Lounge just east of Platte and Union.

Police say that about an hour before the shooting, a fight broke out between two women. One of the women was hit in the head with a beer bottle and was taken to the hospital.

An hour after that happened, 3 men wearing bandanas showed up and started making trouble.

One man ended up getting shot. Police say he was shot in the arm, and a bullet grazed his head.

The man who was shot is expected to recover.

Police are still investigating the relationship between the people involved.

No one else was hurt, no arrests have been made, and police do not have any suspect description information to release at this time.
