Man Attempts To Use Stolen Credit Card

Colorado Springs police arrested a man early Friday morning after he attempted to use a stolen credit card.

Police responded to the Denny’s on North Academy Boulevard just before two this morning.

Police said two men tried to pay their bill with a stolen credit card.

The men left the restaurant before police arrived but police caught up with them a short time later at the intersection of St. Vrain Drive and Delaware Drive.

Police arrested Deshan Smith,19, on suspicion of identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and other charges,
