UPDATE: Stabbing Report Was False

Colorado Springs Police investigated a reported stabbing at 2114 La Salle Street early Wednesday afternoon.

Police were called to a reported stabbing but the investigation revealed the injured person had just fallen down and received cuts during the fall, police said.

The injuries were not believed to be too serious.
