Pueblo City Council Election

You have until 7 p.m. to turn in your ballot for Pueblo City Council.

Three locations are accepting ballots: Pueblo County High School, Pueblo County Courthouse, Pueblo West Library.

Three seats are open on Pueblo City Council.

At large, incumbent Vera Ortegon faces Chris Nicoll and Larry Fancher.

District 2, Eva Montoya and Theresa Trujillo are going up against each other.

Dawn DiPrince and Sandy Daff are wanting the seat in District 4.

Voters in Pueblo County will also vote on whether to pass a mill levy overide in District 70. School leaders said the mill levy overide will bring in 3.4 millions dollars to schools. Voters will also be asked for a 35 million dollars bond for capital improvements projects.
