Man Trying To Hide Affair Arrested

A man was arrested after calling a false report to police about an attempted burglary.

Colorado Springs Police say Kevin Gaylor called at 3:13 a.m. Wednesday, reporting an armed intruder in his home.

After investigation, police determined the female intruder was actually from Denver and had met Gaylor online through Craig’s List. Gaylor’s girlfriend came home unexpectedly, prompting Gaylor to call in a false report to cover his tracks.

Gaylor was taken into custody and charged with Misdemeanor False Reporting to Authorities.
