Man Who Shot At Teens To Enter Plea
A man accused of shooting at three teenagers is expected to enter a plea on Monday.
Colorado Springs police say three teens were going door to door to raise money for the Coronado High School’s football program when they knocked on Arthur Baldwin’s door last August.
One teen told police that after Baldwin bought a discount card he grabbed his arm and started cussing. The boys ran off but then had to double back to get to their car and that’s when they told police Baldwin shot at them and yelled “get in the house i’m going to shoot one of these kids.”
Police say Baldwin told officers he was defending himself.
