Police Search For Men Exposing Themselves In Pueblo

Pueblo Police need your help in catching men who are exposing themselves to children.

Police said it has happened three times in the last few days. They warn parents that there are two flashers.

?It’s disgusting that a man would feel the need to do that to children, you know? The way the world is going, it’s sad,? said Rose Martinez, a parent.

A D-60 representative warned Martinez and other parents about a man exposing himself Tuesday afternoon. Police said one of the flashers is a white or Hispanic man with dark hair and a goatee. He?s in his 30s and flashing young girls.

?It?s a threat to our children in our community,? said Andrew McLachlan with the Pueblo Police Department.

The flasher lures the children and asks them for help finding his lost puppy. Once the girls walk up to his car, he exposes himself.

Police told KRDO Newschannel 13 that he’s driving a white sedan.

?We have a great concern this person is a danger to our school and a danger to community,? said McLachlan.

McLachlan said the flasher hit once near Risling Middle School and another time on the 1900 block of Pine Street, which is close to Bessemer Elementary.

Police said the flasher could strike again.

?It’s ridiculous that they’re doing this and getting away with it,? said McLachlan.

The other flasher is an African-American who also drives a white car. Police said he got out of his car and exposed himself to a group of children walking home.

D-60 sent out a phone message to parents Tuesday afternoon warning them about the flasher
