UPDATE: One Dead In Rollover At Pinon Canyon Site
Fort Carson officials say there was a rollover accident on Fort Carson’s Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site Tuesday morning.
One person in the accident is dead and the other has serious injuries.
56-year-old Terry Miller died on the scene of the accident. His co-worker and wife, 54-year-old Pamela Miller, was life-flighted to Penrose Main in Colorado Springs and is expected to recover from her injuries.
Terry Miller was a long-term, civilian employee of Fort Carson, who worked for the Directorate of Public Works at PCMS as an environmental protection specialist. Pamela Miller is the Cultural Resources Program manager for Fort Carson’s DPW.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
