Deadly Motorcycle Crash
An Arkansas woman is dead after a crash 3 miles west of Alamosa.
Colorado State Troopers say two people were riding along highway 160 when several vehicles were stopped waiting for a car to turn left. But Donald Rice, 70, couldn’t stop in time and the bike started to slide then flipped on its side. Both were thrown from the bike.
Judy Rice, 64, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Donald is in stable condition. Troopers say neither was wearing a helmet.
