Dougherty Trio Heading to Court
The Dougherty gang will be in court in Huerfano County Monday afternoon.
Ryan and Lee Grace Dougherty and Dylan Dougherty Stanley may learn what charges they face at 3:30 p.m.
Prosecutors are arguing that the Dougherty trial should be held in Huerfano county because that’s where their wild chase ended, and where Lee Grace dougherty is accused of trying to shoot Walsenburg’s chief of police.
Next Monday the trio will appear in court in Pueblo to find out what charges they face there.
