Suspicious Death Investigation

Colorado Springs police were investigating a suspicious death in the 1600 block of Rushmore Drive Sunday morning.

There are reports that someone was pushed down a staircase, but police could not confirm that.

Neighbors who live in the area said they heard screaming around midnight.

Officers got to the neighborhood around 1 a.m. Sunday and found a man dead inside a home.

Police said there are no visible signs of trauma and are waiting for autopsy results.
