2 Men Arrested In Fountain Stabbing

Fountain police said the arrested two men in connection with a stabbing at Lindamood Park.

Police said they arrested Michael Schoonover, 28, and Davonte Parker, 18, Saturday

Schoonover and Parker are believed to have been involved in a fight at the park on the 500 block of Royalty Place Monday evening.

Officials said Schoonover stabbed the victim. He faces charges of first-degree assault.

Parker allegedly physically assaulted the victim and faces third-degree assault charges, authorities said.

The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover.
