Pilot Identified in Afghanistan Crash

The pilot of the Chinook helicopter that was shot down in Afghanistan has been identified as Chief Warrant Officer David Carter.

He was a 10-year veteran of Buckly Air Foce Base in Colorado.

The crash killed 22 Navy SEALs and a total of 30 U.S. servicemen.
