Paving Operations Complete After Water Main Repair

Crews hit a gas line early Wednesday morning while trying to repair a water main break.

Colorado Springs Utilities are repairing the water main and the gas leak.

Utilities say 18 apartment buildings are without water until mid-afternoon

Westbound Fountain Blvd. re-opened west of Chelton Drive between 7 and 7:30 pm, Wednesday after repaving operations were completed. .

Traffic is back to normal in this area.
