Conley Dream Team Plus One

The need for speed is the petal to the metal for Brandye and Nathan Conley. The couple plus their young son, Ryder will be at the X-Games this weekend to compete for the gold.

You’ll remember that three years ago, Brandye and Nathan were severely injured during the Pikes Peak International HIll Climb. Some believed they would never race again. Both had broken backs as a result of the crash on America’s mountain. Brandye’s injuries were more severe.

KRDO, Newschannel 13 followed them from their hospital room, recovery, rehab and now back in the saddle of racing again. Brandye will be on the sidelines of this weekend’s X-Games competition with the couple’s son. She was his co-driver in another race. However, she decided that their young son needs a parent who isn’t competing.
