Fmr. Springs Officer Now Faces 189 Counts

Former Colorado Springs Police Officer Joshua Carrier now faces 189 counts relating to child sex abuse and child pornography.

Carrier was in court in El Paso County Tuesday morning where the district attorney’s office filed additional charges. Carrier previously faced 78 counts.

The defense now says there are 21 victims who have come forward with alleges of abuse.
