Springs Makes Top 20 In Parenting Mag List

If you’re looking to raise a family, Colorado Springs is one of the top 20 places to do it, according to a new list out from Parenting magazine.

Cities were judged from education, to crime rates, jobs and the great outdoors.

Colorado Springs came in No. 15, beating out New Orleans (No. 16), Dallas (No. 23) and Atlanta (No. 25). It was the only city in Colorado to make the list.

The top spot? Washington, D.C. The magazine cited the deep history in the nation’s capital, along with all the museums and plenty of opportunity to teach your kids a lot.

The magazine reviewed 100 cities in all.
